These analog signals are standardized to a range of 0-5V or 4-20mA and then sent to the control system. By connecting to the steam turbine control system or PLC (programmable logic controller), the real-time displacement information is quickly processed and used to evaluate the working status of the hydraulic motor to ensure that it remains within the preset safety and efficiency range. Once abnormal displacement is detected, the system can take immediate measures to avoid potential mechanical damage and protect the entire steam turbine unit from unnecessary impact.
