Intelligent axial displacement refers to the clearance between the rotor in the axial direction of the machine, relative to the thrust bearing. The Impactor Monitoring Gauge RZQW-03A is used for measuring the axial displacement, can indicate the axial clearance between rotating and fixed components. For rotating machinery, such as steam turbines, fans, and compressors, axial displacement is a very important signal, and excessive axial position will cause significant damage to the mechanism.

The axial displacement monitor RZQW-03A is equipped with an eddy current sensor, which can provide early warning and protection for damage to the thrust bearing. In general, the measured surface is the thrust flange on the shaft or other planes on the shaft, and the eddy current probe should be able to directly detect the thrust flange (if it is integral with the shaft) or other planes along the axis.

Function Description of RZQW-03A Monitor:

7. Alarm hold: When the device experiences an alarm, it will remain in the alarm state. After the alarm condition disappears, use the reset button to release the alarm state (if the alarm state still exists, it cannot be eliminated).
