The vibration monitor JM-B-6Z is used to monitor all forms of rotating and reciprocating machinery, and can measure vibration speed, acceleration, and displacement values. When maintaining the vibration speed reading, the instrument immediately compares with the built-in vibration standard and automatically indicates the machine’s alarm status.

The monitoring functions of the vibration monitor JM-B-6Z are as follows:

• Bearing status detection: It can measure the BG and BV values of the bearing status, which respectively represent the effective values of high-frequency vibration acceleration and vibration speed. When the bearing status reading is maintained, the instrument will automatically indicate the bearing alarm status according to the built-in Rule of thumb.
• Ultra wide measurement range, 10-50.0mm/s (20mv, taking intensity as an example), suitable for most working conditions. Provide two different installation methods: disk mounted and wall mounted.
• Suitable for magnetoelectric vibration speed sensors with different sensitivities, reducing the number of instrument spare parts. The same instrument can be equipped with vibration sensors with different sensitivities.
