The new anti-fuel acidity index is 0.03 (mgKOH/g). When the acidity index exceeds 0.1, it means that the acidity is too high. Within one month after the unit is put into operation, the regeneration device should run continuously for eight hours a week. After one month, it should be According to the test results of EH oil, it is decided whether it needs to be put into operation. In the normal operation of the EH system, the working oil temperature is 43.3 to 54.4 ℃, and cannot be higher than 57 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, a series of changes will occur in the anti-fuel oil. After the acid value increases, it must be continuously input.

The capacity of a diatomite filter element to absorb acid is about 0.03 kg, and the diatomite filter element in the regeneration device can effectively reduce the acidity of the fire-resistant oil. When the acidity of the fire-resistant oil is close to 0.1, the acidity will drop rapidly. When the acidity of the fire-resistant oil exceeds 0.3, it is difficult for a group of regeneration devices to reduce the acidity, and an external purification device can be selected. When the acidity of the fire-resistant oil exceeds 0.5, it cannot run and needs to be changed.
