Taking the magnetoelectric sensor as an example, when the rotating parts of the steam turbine (such as gears, shafts, etc.) are close to the sensor, the teeth or protrusions of the rotating parts change the magnetic field distribution around the sensor, causing the magnetic flux in the induction coil to change, and generating induced electromotive force according to the law of electromagnetic induction. The higher the speed of the steam turbine, the higher the frequency of the induced electromotive force. JM-C-3ZS-102 can accurately calculate the real-time speed of the steam turbine by capturing and analyzing the frequency of the electrical signals output by these sensors.

1. During the installation process, it is necessary to ensure that the installation position of the sensor and the rotating parts of the steam turbine is accurate, and the gap meets the specified requirements to prevent inaccurate signal acquisition due to improper installation.
