The intelligent electric contact liquid level gauge DQS-76 can accept liquid level switch signals, set the liquid level value of each liquid level switch separately, indicate the current liquid level in LED digital form and light bar, and can communicate with the computer. Suitable for matching with various electric contact level gauges and floating ball level gauges, used for measuring and displaying boiler drum water level and other liquid levels.

The installation of the DQS-76 water level gauge secondary gauge needs to strictly follow the instructions in the manual. After installation, the following points should be noted:

1. If it is necessary to inspect or replace the components inside the secondary instrument, simply pull out the movement. The soldering iron and testing instrument used when replacing components must be well grounded.

2. Remove the rear electrode signal plug, and the red light should be fully on, otherwise the LED or corresponding components may be damaged.

3. After setting the parameters, please make sure to disconnect or unplug the effective terminals to make them invalid. At this time, only the Run and Filter keys on the instrument keyboard can be operated by the user, and the other keys will not work. This can prevent unrelated personnel from accidentally operating the instrument, which may cause unnecessary misoperation on site.
