Product Description of Magnetoresistive Sensor CS-1 G-075-03-01

The magnetoresistive sensor CS-1 G-075-03-01 is a highly sensitive sensor based on the magnetoresistive effect. It measures physical quantities such as the position, speed and direction of an object by detecting changes in the magnetic field. The following is a detailed introduction to the sensor:

Magnetoresistive sensor CS-1 G-075-03-01

Working principle

The magnetoresistive sensor CS-1 G-075-03-01 uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve the purpose of speed measurement. When there is a rotating magnetic gear, a disc (or shaft) with holes (or slots), etc. near the end face of the magnetic core, due to the change of magnetic resistance in the magnetic circuit, the coil inside the sensor can sense and output the corresponding AC voltage signal, which is approximately a sine wave. The output signal amplitude is proportional to the speed and inversely proportional to the size of the core and the tooth top gap.

Technical parameters

• Output waveform: Approximate sine wave (≥50r/min).

• Output signal amplitude: ≥300mv at 50r/min, the signal amplitude is proportional to the speed and inversely proportional to the size of the core and the tooth top gap.

• Measurement range: 0~20kHz

• Use time: can be used continuously.

• Working environment: temperature -20~+150℃.

• Output form: aviation plug link.

• Dimensions: M16X1.

• Weight: about 120g (excluding output wire).

• Gear parameters: module 2~4, installation gap 0.5~2mm.

Product features

• No power supply required: the sensor does not require external power supply and can be used in an environment without power supply.

• Strong anti-interference: large output signal, good anti-interference performance, can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, water vapor, etc.

• High reliability: small size, strong and reliable, long life, no need for lubricating oil, low maintenance cost.

• Easy installation: when installing, just install the sensor near the object to be measured and adjust the gap.

Application field

The sensor is widely used in various fields such as machinery, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, automatic control, etc., and can be used to measure rotation speed, cycle, speed, etc. For example, in steam turbines, motors and other equipment, by installing magnetic transmission gears or orifice plate gears, real-time monitoring of the equipment speed can be achieved.

Installation precautions

• The M16×1 thread of the sensor housing must not be damaged during installation, the hexagonal nut should rotate freely, and there should be no looseness after the hexagonal nut is tightened.

• During installation, it is advisable that the gear being measured does not contact the sensor, and it is hoped that the gap can be minimized to increase the output signal amplitude.

The magnetoresistive sensor CS-1 G-075-03-01 has been widely used in the industrial field due to its high sensitivity, no need for power supply, and strong anti-interference, providing strong support for equipment operation monitoring and fault diagnosis.
