During the operation of the steam turbine, the EH oil supply device plays a crucial role. In order to ensure the cleanliness of the EH oil supply device and the normal operation of the turbine equipment, a filter element DL001002 is installed at the outlet of the main oil pump. This seemingly ordinary component plays an indispensable role.
The main function of filter element DL001002 is to remove impurities and particles from EH oil, in order to protect the precision components of the steam turbine from wear and prevent oil system blockage. The filter element needs to adapt to the working conditions at the outlet of the oil pump, including the design of the oil pump, working pressure, temperature, characteristics of the oil product, and the type and size of pollutants.
Firstly, the material of filter element DL001002 must be able to withstand the temperature and pressure at the outlet of the oil pump, while also having efficient filtration performance for target pollutants. The special feature of DL001002 material is that it needs to be compatible with EH oil to prevent chemical reactions such as corrosion or decomposition, otherwise it will damage the filter element and affect the quality of the oil.
Secondly, the structural design of filter element DL001002 should be able to adapt to the fluid dynamics conditions at the outlet of the oil pump, including flow rate and flow state, while ensuring smooth oil flow. It must be able to withstand pressure and fluctuations at the outlet of the oil pump.
Due to the high temperature that EH oil may encounter during operation, the material and structure of the filter element must be able to withstand high temperature environments without reducing filtration efficiency.
Finally, the installation method of the filter element should ensure that it can be stably placed at the outlet of the oil pump and is easy to replace. The installation of bolts or other fixing devices needs to be able to withstand vibration and impact under working conditions.
In practical applications, maintenance of filter cartridges is an important step. The filter element needs to be replaced regularly to maintain its filtering effect. The frequency of replacing the filter element depends on the quality of the oil, operating conditions, and equipment requirements. Usually, the replacement of the filter element should be carried out when the color, viscosity, or cleanliness of the oil changes.
