For example, a user once asked Yoyik how to remove the one-way valve at the inlet of the accumulator NXQ-AB-80/10-L when attempting to replace a damaged bladder.

This is a question raised by the user: the accumulator NXQ-AB-80/10-L is connected to the valve group through a flange, and the flange is connected to the accumulator through a large one-way valve. He tried to remove the one-way valve on site, but found that one end of the one-way valve is even larger than the accumulator port. If it cannot be removed, it is impossible to fit the damaged capsule. How can I remove this thing?

In fact, the valve refers to the mushroom valve of the accumulator, which is installed on the accumulator oil inlet valve. It can prevent the bladder from being squeezed out and damaged during inflation or when the hydraulic oil in the accumulator is fully discharged. During operation, the mushroom valve opens under the action of a spring, allowing hydraulic oil to enter and exit. The disassembly method for it is:

1. Remove the two locking nuts from the threaded part.

2. Push the entire connecting body into the housing of the accumulator.

3. Rotate the connector 90 degrees to remove the mushroom valve.

4. Remove the YAV-II gas charging valve on the other end, and the bladder can be taken out.
