The bellows pressure relief valve BXF-25 is an important safety valve, mainly used in steam turbine generator sets to monitor and adjust the system pressure in real-time. It plays an important role in preventing overpressure accidents in steam turbine generator sets.

The reason why the bellows pressure relief valve BXF-25 has reliability is that it is based on the working principle of static pressure opening. By balancing the back pressure area on the valve disc with a corrugated pipe, the relief valve BXF-25 can achieve real-time monitoring and adjustment of system pressure.

When the pressure inside the container exceeds the set value, the pressure of the medium itself will automatically open the valve and quickly discharge a certain amount of medium. At this point, the bellows is subjected to pressure, causing displacement and opening of the valve. As the medium is discharged, the pressure inside the container gradually decreases.

When the pressure drops to the allowable range, the valve will automatically close. This is because when the pressure decreases, the deformation of the bellows recovers, causing the valve to close. In this way, the pressure inside the container is always lower than the allowable upper pressure limit, thereby automatically preventing accidents that may be caused by overpressure.

Pressure regulation is achieved through the deformation of bellows, which can ensure stable operation of the system within the allowable pressure range, help prevent overpressure accidents, and ensure the safe operation of the system.
