Preparation

  1. Safety first: Make sure all operations comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety helmets, protective glasses, anti-static clothing, etc.
  2. Data preparation: Consult the equipment manual and safety operating procedures to confirm the specific model, installation requirements and operating procedures of the C9231117 displacement sensor.
  3. Tool preparation: Prepare necessary tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters, new sensors, aviation plug extractors, etc.
  4. System backup: If possible, back up the current sensor settings and historical data for subsequent calibration.

Operation steps

  1. Isolate the sensor: Find the signal line of the C9231117 displacement sensor in the oil motor control circuit, and carefully unplug the aviation plug to avoid damaging the connector.
  2. Cut off the oil source: Close the hydraulic oil circuit shut-off valve connected to the oil motor to ensure that the oil motor does not move during the replacement process.
  3. Fix the hydraulic motor: If the hydraulic motor has a locking mechanism, use it to fix the hydraulic motor in the current position to prevent it from moving during disassembly and assembly.
  4. Remove the old sensor: Loosen the screws that fix the sensor, gently remove the old sensor, and take care to keep all the fixings.
  5. Install the new sensor: Check the model and specifications of the new LVDT sensor C9231117 to ensure that it is consistent with the old sensor, then install the new sensor in the original position, tighten the fixing screws, and ensure that the sensor axis is consistent with the displacement direction of the hydraulic motor.
  6. Connect the signal line: Connect the wiring plug in the correct order, and ensure that the plug is fully inserted and locked.
  7. Restore the oil circuit: Slowly open the hydraulic oil circuit shut-off valve, observe whether the hydraulic motor leaks, and fully open the shut-off valve after ensuring that the oil circuit is correct.
  8. Test verification: Activate the hydraulic motor through the control system, check whether the signal feedback of the new sensor is correct, and make necessary calibration and adjustments.

HTD series LVDT displacement sensor (3) Precautions

During the entire operation, close communication should be maintained with the power station or system control room to ensure that any operation will not affect the safe and stable operation of the entire system. When replacing online, if possible, it is best to do it during low load or shutdown windows to reduce operational risks. If the system has a backup channel, switch to the backup channel first to further reduce the risk of online replacement.
