The bladder is one of the core components of accumulator NXQ-A-40/31.5-F-Y, which stores and releases energy in the hydraulic system. It can balance pressure changes in the system and prevent system overload or damage due to pressure fluctuations. When a ruptured bladder is found, it is necessary to replace it in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the system.

The steps for replacing the accumulator bladder NXQ-A-40/31.5-F-Y are as follows:

1. Close the inlet valve of the accumulator to isolate it from the system.

2. Open the vent valve of the accumulator, or connect the accumulator to an air compressor and pass air into the accumulator to drain the liquid inside, in order to reduce internal pressure.

3. After emptying the accumulator, use a tool to remove the lock nut, gasket, O-ring, etc., and then push the valve body assembly into the housing to separate the valve body from the semicircle clamp. Then, take out the semicircle clamp, valve body assembly, etc. separately. Then use wire pliers to clamp the bladder and pull it out from the outlet of the large end of the shell.

4. Clean the inside of the accumulator before installing a new accumulator bladder during assembly. Insert the new bladder bag into the bottom or top interface of the accumulator, ensuring that the bladder is installed in the correct position and taking care not to fold or twist the rubber bladder. Then, reinstall the fasteners to tightly secure the new bladder to the accumulator.
