The cellulose filter element DL009001 is a precision filter element installed in the steam turbine EH oil regeneration device, along with other filter elements in the regeneration device, to achieve the purpose of removing water and reducing acid from the fire resistant oil. The use of DL009001 filter element has a high cost-effectiveness and good acid removal effect. However, there are still imitations of this filter element in the market. Although the price of the imitations is low, the risk coefficient of using it is high, making it easier to add hidden operating costs to the steam turbine.

1. 1. Reduce the filtering effect of the filter element: Cheap cellulose filter elements may be made of inferior quality materials, and the filtering effect may not be as good as regular matching filter elements. This may result in the inability to effectively remove moisture and acidic substances from the fire-resistant oil, reducing the performance of the regeneration device.
2. 2. Shortened filter life: Cheap cellulose filters may not be durable and are prone to clogging or damage. This will result in frequent replacement of filter elements, increasing maintenance costs and operational risks.
3. 3. Filter element failure: Unreliable cellulose filter elements may have design or manufacturing issues, such as poor sealing, failure to meet the specified filtration accuracy, etc. This may cause the filter element to malfunction or leak, thereby affecting the normal operation of the entire fire resistant oil regeneration device.
4. 4. Damage to equipment and safety: If cheap cellulose filter cartridges cannot effectively remove moisture and acidic substances, this may cause moisture and acidic substances in the oil to enter the system, causing equipment corrosion, oxidation, and even causing equipment malfunction and safety hazards.
