Test method

1. Appearance: evaluated by naked eye observation.

2. Curing time: Prepare an appropriate amount of Room temperature Heat conduction insulating box potting adhesive J0912 according to the ratio. After curing for 34 hours at a relative humidity of ≤ 75% and a temperature of 23 ℃± 2 ℃, if the filling adhesive solidifies, the curing time is qualified.

3. Viscosity: After mixing by weight and stirring evenly, measure using a rotary viscometer at 25 ℃± 0.5 ℃.

4. Thermal conductivity: Tested according to GB 10294 thermal protection methods.

Inspection, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage

1. The components A and B of Room temperature Heat conduction insulating box potting adhesive J0912 are sealed and packaged separately.

2. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. After exceeding the storage period and passing the inspection, it can still be used again.

3. The rest shall be executed according to the provisions of GB 10579.
