Main functions

1. Forming a high vacuum: The main function of the 30WS sealing oil vacuum pump is to form a high vacuum in the sealing oil vacuum tank, extract the water and gas precipitated from the oil, and maintain the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank.

2. Accelerate the separation of gas and water: There are multiple nozzles inside the vacuum tank. The oil entering the vacuum tank is supplemented through the nozzle at the end of the oil replenishment pipe, and the recycled oil is diffused through the nozzle at the end of the recirculation pipe, which accelerates the separation of gas and water from the oil.

3. Maintain the cleanliness of the oil: Through uninterrupted work, air and moisture (water vapor) are extracted and discharged to ensure the cleanliness of the sealing oil.

Technical features

- Efficient operation: The vacuum pump 30WS has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable operation, easy use and maintenance, and is widely used in the sealing oil system of 300MW, 600MW and 1000MW.

- Few moving parts: There are only rotors and slide valves (completely oil-sealed in the pump cylinder). When the rotor rotates, the slide valve (gate) acts like a plunger to discharge all air and gas from the exhaust valve.

- Large oil-gas separator: Equipped with a special large oil-gas separator, it is particularly suitable for handling large amounts of condensed water vapor and gas loads.

Installation and maintenance

1. Installation requirements:

- The pump body must be installed on a solid horizontal foundation.

- Sufficient space must be reserved around for subsequent operation and maintenance.

- A location close to the operating table is convenient for operation.

2. Maintenance points:

- Regularly check the vacuum pump 30WS for damage or leakage, and replace worn parts in time.

- According to the use, regularly replace the sealing oil to keep the pump running smoothly.
