Product Features

1. High-precision measurement: The HTD-150-6H sensor has extremely high measurement accuracy, and its linear range can reach ±10~±800mm, which meets the needs of steam turbine units of different specifications. Its accuracy is as high as 0.25%, which can accurately reflect the slight displacement changes of the actuator and ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.

2. High reliability: The housing of the sensor is made of stainless steel, with the characteristics of simple structure, maintenance-free and durable. Working principle

The sensor HTD-150-6H contains three coils: a fixed coil and two measuring coils. The measuring coils are located on both sides of the fixed coil to form a pair of differential coils. When the external measuring rod (connected to the actuator) is displaced, the induction of the coil inside the sensor will be changed, thereby generating a differential voltage signal. This signal is proportional to the displacement of the measuring rod and is converted into a standard output signal by the signal processing circuit for use by the control system.
