Due to the complex operating environment of the power plant, the sensors are subject to various interferences during on-site operation, including electric field, magnetic field, and ground impedance. Numerous interferences can affect the measurement accuracy of displacement sensors. In the face of these interferences, Yoyik has the following suggestions.

1、 To ensure good grounding, it is best to ensure an equal potential of the ground potential and not create a potential difference on the ground wire to generate current. Grounding can eliminate the noise and voltage generated when the current flows through the ground wire. In addition to grounding the servo system, the signal shield wire should also be grounded to prevent Electrostatic induction and electromagnetic interference.

2、 Doing a good job of high-frequency grounding, simply paying attention to the equality of grounding potential is not enough. The formation of equipotential requires a small impedance of the grounding wire, but there is no way to quickly let high-frequency interference leave the equipment. High frequency signals travel on the surface of cables, so to make them travel faster, it is necessary to have a small wire diameter (the signal can quickly reach the surface), a large number of cables (with a large surface area), and a small impedance (with a large cross-sectional area).

The displacement sensor 0508.902T0201.AW021 adopts a grounded shielded wire, which can reduce the interference of the electric field and effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor.
