The main function of the bladder type accumulator NXQ-A -/31.5-L-Y is to store capacity and replenish isolation fluid for the system. Its structure is mainly composed of a steel shell, an air valve, a capsule, and a liquid interface of a one-way valve.

1. Accumulator shell: It is a pressure vessel forged or welded from chromium molybdenum steel or carbon steel, and its design and manufacturing comply with relevant international standards. For special purpose accumulators, the accumulator housing can be nickel plated or made of stainless steel.

2. Bladder: It is an important component of the NXQ-A -/31.5-L-Y accumulator. There are several different formulas for capsules to adapt to different working media and temperature requirements, and they are specially designed for special purposes.

3. Oil valve: The standard oil for hydraulic oil applications is made of alloy steel, while chemical and water media applications are made of stainless steel to ensure a longer service life and corrosion resistance.

4. Mushroom valve: It can prevent the capsule from squeezing out the liquid interface and allow the liquid to flow automatically. In the high-pressure system, a mushroom shaped knob is used, while in the low-pressure series, a perforated disc is used.

5. Gas charging valve: All NXQ-A -/31.5-L-Y accumulators have an air valve for charging the accumulator.
