HSNH440Q2-46NZ screw pump is a hydraulic oil pump used in the sealing oil system of the generator. When the spiral surface active screw composed of a special profile rotates, its dynamic sealing chamber will suck in the liquid from the suction inlet and continuously and pulsatively transport it to the discharge outlet along the axial direction. The main rod adopts hydraulic balance, and the axial force of the rod is supported on the rear cover, which is driven by hydraulic pressure to rotate. Therefore, the screw surface only transmits hydraulic torque, is not subjected to force, nor is there any wear. For all transmission parts, they are lubricated by the conveyed medium.

The radial direction of the main rod is positioned by the balance piston, and the high-pressure chamber and sealing chamber are separated by the gap between the balance piston and the shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal is installed in the sealing chamber, and the oil return hole in the chamber is connected to the suction chamber of the pump, thus not affected by the discharge pressure. Due to the various structures of the universal combination serialization of components, it can be used for horizontal, flange, and vertical installations.

The sealing oil pump HSNH440Q2-46NZ is suitable for transporting fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and other oils as well as lubricating liquids. The transported medium must not contain any abrasive particles or substances that corrode the pump material. Heating or cooling structures can also be provided according to the needs of the transported medium.
