The electric valve DKF-32 is a core control device designed for self-priming pump systems. It is mainly used in industrial fluid transportation scenarios, especially in working conditions where the siphon effect needs to be eliminated. Its core functions include: closing the suction pipe air inlet to establish a vacuum environment when the self-priming pump is started to ensure that the pump chamber completes self-priming quickly; automatically opening the air inlet channel when the self-priming pump is shut down, and physically isolating the pump chamber medium from the suction pipe through air barriers to prevent medium backflow, ensure the amount of medium retained in the pump chamber, and provide self-priming conditions for subsequent pump startup.
The electric valve DKF-32 adopts an electromagnetic drive mechanism, which is connected in parallel with the self-priming pump motor power supply (three-phase three-wire 380V power supply) to achieve synchronous start-stop control with the pump body:
1. Pump startup stage: After the motor is powered on, the electromagnetic coil instantly generates magnetic force, attracts the armature and drives the valve core piston rod to press the bottom seal of the cylinder body, completely closes the suction pipe air inlet, assists the pump chamber to form a vacuum environment, and completes the self-priming process.
2. Pump stop stage: When the power is off, the magnetic force of the electromagnetic coil disappears, the compression spring pushes the elastic frame to reset, the valve core piston rod leaves the sealing position, and the air enters the suction pipeline through the open vent, quickly blocking the medium return path and eliminating the siphon effect.
Technical parameters and adaptability
- Control characteristics: Support star-delta step-down starting, soft starter and inverter application scenarios, with voltage adaptive adjustment capability (on/off voltage adjustable).
- Energy efficiency performance: Adopting electronic step-down energy-saving technology, the operating current is as low as about 100mA, without the noise and oscillation problems of traditional AC solenoid valves.
- Implementation standard: Comply with Q/321282KHY01-2010 technical specifications to ensure product reliability.
