Solenoid valve D-32545 is a high-reliability electromagnetic drive device designed for complex working conditions in power plants. The solenoid valve D-32545 adopts a pilot drive structure, and its work flow is divided into two stages:
1. Electromagnetic excitation stage: After power is turned on, the coil generates an axial magnetic field, drives the pilot valve core to move, and releases the main valve cavity pressure.
2. Main valve action stage: The main valve core responds quickly under the action of pressure difference, and the flow channel switching is achieved through the precise matching of the conical sealing structure.
Compared with the direct-acting structure, this design reduces power consumption by 75%, and at the same time ensures that the valve position quickly returns to zero when power is off through a dual redundant spring reset mechanism to avoid the risk of medium retention.
Typical application scenarios of power plants
1. Boiler feed water system: As a safety interlock valve, it cuts off the water supply pipeline within 0.5 seconds when the pump group is detected to be abnormal, preventing the drum from drying out.
2. Steam turbine EH oil circuit: integrated in the AST (automatic shutdown protection) system, the oil pressure gradient control is realized through multi-valve parallel connection, with an accuracy of ±0.2bar.
3. Generator sealing oil system: cooperate with the HSND series main sealing oil pump to realize the dynamic balance control of hydrogen oil pressure difference, with a fluctuation range of ≤50Pa.
4. Desulfurization and denitrification system: control the injection flow of lime slurry, with an adjustment accuracy of 2%-100%, and adapt to corrosive media with a pH value of 2-12.
