- Shutdown operation specifications: Double isolation (power off, close inlet and outlet valves) must be performed before maintenance, and the pressure must be released to below 0.5MPa to avoid accidents caused by residual oil pressure.
- Redundant configuration recommendations: Use the automatic switching logic of the main and standby pumps, cooperate with the pressure sensor and PLC control module, and realize seamless switching in the event of a fault (response time ≤2 seconds) to improve system reliability.
