The oil filter JCAJ001 is used in the main oil pump of the steam turbine EH oil system. EH oil, also known as phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, is a lubricating oil specifically used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments of steam turbines.

As a commonly used filter element for EH oil, the filter element JCAJ001 needs to meet the following technical requirements:

• High temperature stability: Due to the impact of high temperature on fire-resistant oil during use, EH oil filter JCAJ001 needs to have good high temperature stability and be able to maintain its filtration performance in high temperature environments.
• Particle filtration efficiency: The pump outlet filter element JCAJ001 should have efficient particle filtration capacity, which can effectively filter solid particles in the oil, ensuring that the quantity and size of particles in the oil are controlled within the specified range.
• Chemical compatibility: The JCAJ001 filter material should have good chemical compatibility with fire-resistant oil, especially the sealing ring material to avoid adverse reactions with oil and reduce the performance of the filter element.
