The working principle of this pump is based on its unique structural design, typically employing a screw pump form, where liquid is drawn into the pump from the suction inlet by the rotating screws and continuously and pulsation-free transported to the discharge outlet along the axial direction.

Working Principle:

1. Oil suction process: As the pump’s screws rotate, a series of sealed chambers are formed between the screws and the pump casing. These chambers expand gradually during rotation, creating a negative pressure at the suction inlet and drawing the oil into the pump.

2. Transportation process: As the screws continue to rotate, the oil within the sealed chambers is pushed towards the discharge outlet. Due to the continuous rotation of the screws, the oil forms a continuous flow within the pump, achieving pulsation-free transportation.

3. Pressure regulation: The outlet pressure of the pump can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the screws or through an external pressure regulating device. In the sealing oil system, the high-pressure oil supplied by the pump passes through a cooler and filter before being injected into the air side of the sealing pad to form a stable oil film.
