We take the solenoid valve ZD.02.004 as an example to introduce the method to solve the solenoid valve fault.

• 1. Valve blockage: clean and maintain regularly to remove impurities, dirt or deposits inside the solenoid valve. It can be cleaned with proper detergent or solvent, or the solenoid valve can be disassembled for thorough cleaning.
• 2. Valve leakage: check the status of solenoid valve seals, and replace them in time if aging or damage is found. Ensure that the solenoid valve is correctly connected and installed, and the fastening bolts are appropriate to ensure the sealing performance.
• 3. Fail to act: check whether the piston or diaphragm of the solenoid valve is stuck or stuck. If any, clean, lubricate or replace parts to ensure that the solenoid valve returns to normal operation.
