The bladder accumulator is developed by using the compressibility of gas (nitrogen), so it can only be used after inflation. Here are two common ways for NXQ A 10/31.5 accumulator to charging nitrogen:

When the pressure of the accumulator NXQ A 10/31.5 is lower than 8MPa, nitrogen can be replenished through a nitrogen cylinder and a CQJ type nitrogen charging tool. Connect one end of the nitrogen charging tool to the nitrogen cylinder and the other end to the accumulator, and open the nitrogen cylinder valve to complete the charging process.

2. When the pressure of the accumulator NXQ A 10/31.5 is higher than 8MPa, it is no longer possible to complete the inflation through the nitrogen cylinder and nitrogen charging tool. In this case, a nitrogen charging vehicle, nitrogen charging tool, and nitrogen cylinder can be used in combination to supplement the accumulator with nitrogen. Firstly, connect the nitrogen cylinder with the inlet of the nitrogen charging vehicle using a high-pressure hose. The outlet of the nitrogen charging vehicle is connected to the inlet of the accumulator through a nitrogen charging tool. Set the output pressure on the nitrogen charging vehicle, then open the valve of the nitrogen cylinder, connect the nitrogen charging vehicle to the power supply, and open the start knob of the nitrogen charging vehicle to complete the charging process.
