The stator cooling water filter WFF-125-1 is used in the stator cooling water system of the hydrogen oil water system of the steam turbine generator. The filter element is wound by polypropylene microfiber, which can effectively filter out suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the fluid.

After the stator cooling water is cooled by the cooler, it first passes through the stator cooling water filter WFF-125-1 to remove mechanical impurities, and then enters the empty wire and lead stator outlet sleeve in the stator bar. The purified cooling water can ensure that the water quality, cleanliness, and conductivity meet the operational requirements of the generator.

The high-strength polypropylene support skeleton used in the filter element WFF-125-1 can withstand the instantaneous high pressure impact generated during resin bursting and backwashing processes with high strength, and ensure that the filter element does not deform. PP winding filter has a larger filtration area compared to ordinary folding filter elements, therefore, it has a larger filtration flow rate and longer service life when filtering fixed cold water, especially suitable for the filtration of high-purity water.
