Gap measurement of boiler air preheater is a complex task that involves the movement of preheater rotors and environments with high temperature, high ash, and corrosive gases. The GJCT-15 series gap measurement system is specially designed for gap measurement of air preheaters, considering the influence of temperature on sensors and objects, and performing corresponding temperature compensation to obtain accurate displacement measurement results.

The GJCF-6A Signal converter transmitter mainly plays a role in data processing and analysis in the gap measurement system of the air preheater, and its functions are as follows:

• Convert the displacement signal collected from the sensor into corresponding electrical or digital signals for transmission and processing.
• Transmitters can enable measurement signals to be transmitted over long distances and connected to data acquisition equipment for further data processing and analysis.
• Due to the noise and Confounding in the environment, the measured data may have some inaccuracies. Transmitters can also provide signal amplification, filtering, or calibration functions to ensure accurate signal transmission and measurement results.
