The displacement sensor 1000TD is a product of the TD series LVDT, with a range of 0-50mm. It is suitable for detection and testing of steam turbine actuator stroke, hydraulic cylinder piston positioning, valve position, and etc.

Before starting the wiring, please confirm that you have obtained the appropriate tools and connecting wire materials.

The LVDT position sensor 1000TD is six wires connected. The sensor consists of three sets of coils. There is one set of primary coils, with brown and yellow outgoing wires. There are two sets of secondary coils, one with black and green outgoing wires, and the other with blue and red outgoing wires. The LVDT sensor 1000TD, also known as a differential transformer type displacement sensor, connects the green and blue lines as differential outputs.

Connect and secure the monitor with the sensor according to the identification on the sensor connection wire. Please confirm the correspondence between the colors of the connecting wires. Incorrect wiring may result in inability to read data or increase errors.

To ensure good contact effect, please ensure that the connection is dry and take protective measures. Care should be taken during operation to avoid injury to the equipment or oneself.
