The Rotation Speed Sensor probe CS-3 is a zero-speed measuring sensor. Generally, two zero-speed measuring probes (one for use and one for standby) are installed in the unit, which are mainly used to accurately monitor the speed of large turbine when turning the turbine to zero, and accurately monitor the speed of large engine to 2 decimal places. Compared with other speed probes of the steam turbine at 3000 rpm, the sensitivity of this probe is greatly improved. The CS-3 speed sensor is not protected. When one zero-speed probe fails, the other standby probe can be put into operation quickly to realize accurate monitoring of the speed during turning. It is installed between the main oil pump and thrust bearing at the turbine head. Generally, the thermal measuring point supplies power to the board through 220V UPS power supply. After internal conversion, the card provides 24V power to the preheater. The proximate and probe are connected to the probe through a line, and the measurement signal is fed back to the card through the proximate, and then transmitted to the steam turbine TSI system.
