The WJ40F-1.6P bellows globe valve is suitable for the shutdown of the generator hydrogen system, which is supplied by the hydrogen production station and enters the generator through the hydrogen supply main pipe and hydrogen pressure regulator. The shut-off valve body is socket welded, with a valve diameter of DN15 and PN1.6mpa. The valve body material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti, with good hydrogen insulation performance and relatively mature control technology. Rated hydrogen working pressure: 0.30MPa, hydrogen purity: ≥ 98%, hydrogen humidity: ≤ 4g/m3, alarm purity: ≤ 92%, daily allowable leakage: 10m3 (equivalent to standard atmospheric pressure), cold hydrogen temperature at the outlet of hydrogen cooler: 45 ℃. The disadvantage of hydrogen is that once mixed with air, it has a strong risk at a certain proportion (4%~74%), so the entire system is designed as explosion-proof to protect the safety of the entire unit.
