Installation preparation
1. Check the pump body and pipelines for debris and corrosion, clean and repair necessary parts.
2. Check whether the power supply is normally connected and whether the voltage meets the rated voltage of the Stator cooling water pump YCZ65-250B.
3. Confirm whether the inlet and outlet pipelines of the water pump are correctly connected and have good sealing.
4. Check if the mechanical seal of the pump is in good condition and replace it if necessary.
5. Confirm whether the motor of the Stator cooling water pump YCZ65-250B can operate normally, and carry out maintenance and upkeep if necessary.
Operation process
1. Open the inlet valve to ensure that there is sufficient water pressure at the inlet of the Stator cooling water pump YCZ65-250B for it to operate normally.
2. Turn on the power switch, start the water pump motor, and gradually open the water outlet valve to adjust the water output to the required flow rate.
3. During the operation of the Stator cooling water pump YCZ65-250B, regularly check the operating status of the pump, such as whether there is any abnormal vibration, noise, overheating, etc. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be stopped and checked in a timely manner.
4. After the operation is completed, close the water outlet valve first, then close the water inlet valve, and turn off the power switch.
Attention: During the operation process, safety operating procedures should be followed, and any unsafe operations, such as touching the motor or water pump, are prohibited to avoid injury. And regularly inspect and maintain the water pump to ensure its normal operation and safe use
