The precision filter MSF-04S-03 can effectively filter out particles, impurities, and colloids in the EH oil system, protecting important valves and components in the turbine EH oil system.
Preventive measures for faults in the EH oil system of steam turbines:
1. When the oil pressure drops to 12MPa, check if the backup pump is turned on and manually start it.
2. During high-temperature operation, pay attention to the changes in oil temperature and prepare for cooling to prevent oil deterioration and sealing ring aging caused by excessive oil temperature.
3. If EH oil leakage is found, isolate the oil leakage point while maintaining the oil pressure as much as possible, and promptly contact maintenance personnel to replenish the oil. If isolation is not possible, apply for closure.
4. If the pressure difference at the pump outlet is high, the backup pump should be started and the precision filter MSF-04S-03 should be maintained and replaced.
5. If there is an abnormality in the running pump, it should be switched to standby.
6. Regularly conduct pressure measurement and leak detection to prevent potential risks.
