The shutoff valve F3RG06D330 is an important component of the safety system and a major executive component in the platform emergency shutdown system. Generally, the solenoid valve in the air circuit of the shutoff valve F3RG06D330 receives the energizing action of the central control signal, the instrument air circuit is opened, and the air source enters the cylinder of the emergency shutoff valve. The actuator rotates and opens the valve body under the action of the air source.
When an abnormality occurs, the shutoff valve F3RG06D330 receives the power off action of the central control signal and turns off the air source circuit. At the same time, the instrument gas in the cylinder of the shut-off valve F3RG06D330 is discharged, and the actuator rotates and closes the valve body due to the reaction of the spring. The Wigs shut-off valve used in fire-resistant oil devices has an opening and closing function.
When the central control provides 24V or more power to the electromagnetic three-way valve of the shutoff valve F3RG06D330, the solenoid valve is turned on, and instrument gas flows through the filter pressure reducing valve and the electromagnetic three-way valve into the cylinder of the shutoff valve or directly into the actuator of the shutoff valve to open the shutoff valve. At the same time, the stroke switch action transmits the open status of the shutoff valve to the central control system for display.
When the solenoid valve loses power, the solenoid valve cut off the air source, while the electric porcelain valve begins to discharge the instrument gas in the actuator. The shutoff valve is closed, and the stroke switch action releases the status of the shutoff valve to the central control system for display.
When the solenoid valve is powered on, manually disconnect the manual shutoff device on site to allow the shutoff valve F3RG06D330 to lose air and close, which can verify whether the shutoff valve is normal. When the solenoid valve is powered off and the shutoff valve is closed and needs to be reopened, the solenoid valve must be powered on first, and then the manual reset device must be reset on site before the shutoff valve can be opened, otherwise it cannot be opened.
All shutoff valves can be manually opened or closed. The hand wheel locks the valve in the open or closed position. When there is no air source, the hand wheel can be used to open it. When the actuator fails, the valve can be manually closed.
