Characteristics of YCZ65-250C stator cooling water pump
The YCZ65-250C stator cooling water pump is horizontal, single-stage, single suction cantilever centrifugal pumps. The product complies with DIN24256 / ISO2858 standard. It is suitable for conveying clean or medium containing traces particles, neutral or corrosive, low temperature or high temperature.
The pumps are of closed impeller type, and the pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the back blade or balance hole of the impeller.
The pump adopts "rear pull-out" structure. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines or even the motor. The whole rotor components (impeller, shaft seal assembly, bearing support components, etc.) can be pulled out from the rear.

1. During the period of running, inspect the stationary nature of running of the pump unit, observe whether there is the phenomenon of vibration or not and take notice of the abnormal running noise. Under the condition of not knowing the reason of producing noise and trouble it firstly has to stop immediately, find out the reason and eliminate it.
2. Often inspect the connecting condition of the coupler, In order to avoid damage, if there occurs deformation, it should be eliminated immediately.
3. Inspect the auxiliary system during the period of operation.
